Nicole Cathcart is Director of Innovation at Cambia Health Solutions. She works as a business designer, launching first generation products and services, developing go-to-market strategies to enter and create new markets, and coaching employees on how to make ideas real. Her work at Cambia includes co-founding the award-winning Medsavvy, where people can get the information they need to make better decisions about prescription drugs.

Before Cambia, Nicole was a Digital Marketing Consultant accelerating strategy for companies including ExxonMobil and Personal.com. Before moving into consulting, Nicole was Vice President of Digital at Thompson Media Group and spent five years as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at The Performance Institute.

Nicole has a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University New Orleans.
