Thomas Chen
Thomas Chen is a junior expecting to graduate in December 2008 with honors bachelors of science degrees in Business Adminstration (Finance and International Business), Economics and Mathematics, and a minor in Mathematical Finance. He has worked with the Marshall Case Competition Team, and is currently actively involved with the Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society. Last summer, Thomas managed his own investment portfolio, during which it outperformed the market of seven-to-one(risk-adjusted).
With his rigorous academic background, Thomas experience is predominantly in quantitative analysis. His current research project, in particular, is in the process of developing a Bayesian methodology for short-term market forecasting. Having studied at both the National University of Singapore and National Taiwan University, Thomas intends to take his USC education and business analytic experience into pursing a career in Asia.

James Krameris a double major in accounting and business administration with a finance emphasis, and is expecting to graduate in May 2008. James has interned at several companies including Ernst & Young, Wescorp, and Warner Bros. At USC he is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, a national honors accounting fraternity, and works part time at the social sciences library. He can program in C++, play piano, and has consistently been on the Dean’s list. In his spare time, James enjoys investing in and following the stock market, playing basketball, and golfing.

Eugene Loh is expecting to graduate from USC in May 2008 with a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Investments and Financial Markets and a minor in International Relations. Last year, he spent 6 months in Hong Kong studying at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has been involved in various leadership positions with Delta Sigma Pi, Asian American Business Association and as a Residential Advisor. He has held internships with Coldstream Capital Management and most recently with Wells Fargo International Personal Banking in Hong Kong.He enjoys sports and Seattle teams. He is currently a CFA Level 1 candidate and intends to take his investment experience to Hong Kong in a position focusing on emerging markets.Sectors: Energy, Telecom

Nikhil Nardhani is a senior at USC, majoring in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and International Business. His work experience includes internships as an analyst at Argent Financial Group International, LLP, a financial analyst at Jamison Services and an audit assistant at KPMG. He willing be pursuing his CFA Level I certification in the near future. Upon graduation, Nikhil will be pursuing a career in investment management.

Larry Harris
Larry Harris (Instructor) holds the Fred V. Keenan Chair in Finance at the USC Marshall School of Business. His research, teaching, and consulting address regulatory and practitioner issues in trading and in investment management. His introduction to the economics of trading, Trading and Exchanges: Market Microstructure for Practitioners (Oxford University Press: 2003), is widely regarded as a “must read” for entrants into the securities industry. Professor Harris served as Chief Economist of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from July 2002-June 2004. He currently serves as an independent director of Interactive Brokers, Inc. (IBKR) and of Clipper Fund, Inc. (CFIMX), as the director of the USC Marshall School Center for Investment Studies, and as the research coordinator of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance (the Q-Group). Dr. Harris received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago in 1982.
