Professor of Management and Organization PETER H. KIM released a new book titled How Trust Works: The Science of How Relationships Are Built, Broken, and Repaired. The book explores Kim’s study of trust and trust repair and has earned praise, including the 2023 Award for Responsible Research in Management.
