Madge Gaynor has spent her career helping organizations and students improve their performance. She has deep experience in professional development and organizational design and understands the skills students need for professional success.
Madge has a strong foundation in needs assessment and instructional design and has written and facilitated numerous training courses. Madge’s primary emphasis is on improving communication and management skills (presentation skills, leadership development, meeting facilitation, interviewing, and personal impact). Her pragmatic approach ensures that participants learn implementable strategies to increase their ability to impact others through communication.
