Dr. Cynthia McCloud joined USC in 2014 with a 40 year career in the food industry. She has led teams in both the U.S. and in international markets including: France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, India, Singapore and Australia. She is a certified executive coach and has held leadership roles in multi-national companies and start-ups. Her focus today is on organizational leadership and development.
Cynthia is the Director, Food Industry Programs and an Adjunct Professor at Marshall. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an undergraduate at USC, and later completed an MBA from the UC, Irvine, and a Doctorate at USC, Rossier School of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership.
