Arya Rahimian is a director in the valuation advisory practice at Kroll. Arya’s work has involved valuation of intellectual property, businesses, debt, preferred and common securities for a variety of purposes, including transaction pricing, financing, financial reporting, due diligence, tax, JV formation, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and stock option pricing.

For more than 10 years, Arya has advised clients in the entertainment, media, internet, e-commerce, software, and video games industries. In addition, Arya has led the valuation of several sports franchises and underlying assets, including media rights, player contracts, and athletes’ names, images, and likenesses.
