ACCELERATING WOMEN EXECUTIVES PROGRAM

USC Marshall Business School’s exceptional research faculty and award-winning MBA  professors combined with BTS’ prowess create a uniquely robust program preparing women for high visibility leadership positions and the C-suite.  

The Accelerating Women Executives (AWE) program, with an emphasis on talent development, rich in content, and one-on-one mentoring, is delivered strategically over a six-month learning journey.  

Proven to accelerate and strengthen advancement, AWE helps master the skills needed for powerful leadership roles. AWE includes pre- and post-program executive assessment; a simulated company leadership project; six coaching and six sponsor sessions; and a valuable peer network.
