Become a Mentor

If you would like to give back and be involved, the Marshall Undergraduate Career Services Office would like to invite Marshall alumni to participate in our extraordinary mentorship program – Career Advantage Program (CAP).

Career Advantage Program (CAP) provides undergraduate Marshall majors who are sophomores, juniors and seniors the opportunity to be paired with Marshall alumni and friends of the university who assist them in developing the professional, interpersonal and networking skills critical to their career success. Mentors and their groups of two to three students connect and grow through professional development and social activities. More than 350 students and 125 mentors participate in CAP every year. Click here for more information.
