The Career Advantage Mentor Program (CAP) is offered through the Marshall Undergraduate Career Services Office and provides sophomore, junior and senior-level undergraduates (majors only) the opportunity to be paired with Marshall alumni and friends of the university who assist them in developing the professional, interpersonal and networking skills critical to their career success. Mentors and their groups of three to four students connect and grow through professional development and social activities. More than 400 students and 125 mentors across all business industries participate in CAP every year.
Student applications for 2018-2019 opened April 9, 2018 and closed April 22, 2018.
Mentors must be invited to participate in the 2018-2019 academic year. If you did not receive an email invitation but would like to learn more about how to become a CAP mentor, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
