Why did you choose Marshall?

The Trojan Network; California (was an “East Coaster” my whole life)

What surprised you the most about Marshall?

EVERYONE is extremely friendly. All you have to do is be willing to talk and listen.

Favorite USC Marshall Core Class:

Competitive Strategy

Favorite USC Marshall experience:

All of the Challenge for Charity (C4C) events (parties, tailgates, charity activities, etc.). It is a great way to get to know your classmates and unwind from class

What you wish you knew before attending business school?

Two years is not a long time. I am always surprised by how fast things move at Marshall. Taking the time to get to know your classmates should be the highest priority. Form relationships that will last a lifetime. Sure, grades are important, but do not sacrifice a chance to bond with classmates just to try to get the highest grade in the class.
