Executive Education - Registration is limited to 40 participants
- Registration ends 48 hours before the online class session time begins
- Access to the course is indicated by the dates of the session; once session has ended, access is no longer available
- Register for program in advance
- Log-in to course during session period (course sessions are a defined 3 week period)
- Review "Academic Instructions" prior to starting course
- Complete each session's pre-work reading and assignment before watching each session’s video lecture
- Participate in discussion board
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, Internet Explorer for Mac, Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
- Windows Media Player 6.4 or later
- Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, OS X (Mac)
- Display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or greater
- Windows-compatible sound card
- Broadband Internet connection (DSL or faster for live viewing)
Executive Education Online Course
What to Expect:
USC Marshall Executive Education online courses provide engaging content with access to USC faculty, while minimizing travel and time out of the office. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
This "on demand" online course is designed for working professionals to learn the concepts at their own pace, on their own time. During the specified course period you will also have access to USC faculty.

Participant responsibilities in online course:
The course contains online lectures and reading materials as well as homework and exercises. Each lecture session ranges from 30 – 75 minutes in length; the homework and exercises can be done online or offline at your convenience. In addition to these sessions, the interactive discussion board allows the posting of questions and responses, as well as dialogue between course members and faculty.
Faculty involvement during the session:
Technical Requirements:
Faculty will be involved in guiding the learning experience and answering all participant questions. Since the online session is designed for participants to access the content at anytime during the course session, faculty will respond to questions within a 48 hour timeframe. Faculty will also post additional questions and schedule live chat sessions, and in some cases provide online guest speakers, throughout the session to further the comprehension of the subject.
