Sakya Sarkar is a 3rd Year PhD student in Finance and Business Economics. He did his Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur before entering the PhD Program. His research interests include mergers and diversification and firm lifecycle, aggregate trading costs faced by mutual funds and mutual fund performance evaluation and the determinants of real interest rates.
