Roshni Raveendhran is a Ph.D. student in management and organization. In her prior research, Roshni studied behaviors that influence people's tendency for instant selective affiliation and disaffiliation when meeting strangers and also investigated self-monitoring and transformational leadership. Her current research interests include learning, communication and exchange across distance, morality, culture and organizational dynamics. Before beginning her Ph.D. studies, Roshni worked in the Human Resources department of an airline company based in Las Vegas.
