Kelsey Kay Dworkis is a Ph.D. candidate at the Leventhal School of Accounting. Her areas of research interest include non-financial performance measures, behavioral theories, management control systems, enterprise risk management, and whistle-blowing. Previous experience includes financial statement auditing for publicly traded and private companies in the hospitality, real estate and insurance industries.
