Jonghwan (Simon) Kim is a Ph.D. Candidate at Leventhal School of Accounting. His research interests in managerial accounting include performance measures, compensation, managerial incentives, and management control systems. His current research focuses on promotions, incentive plans, and performance target setting behaviors. Prior to his Ph.D. Studies, he worked for Samsung Electronics as an accountant and an SAP R/3 ERP-accounting system (FI and CO) specialist and for Imagedrome.
