Feng Zhu studies technology strategy and business model competition in platform-based markets. His research has appeared in the American Economic Review, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Journal of Marketing, Management Science and Strategic Management Journal. Professor Zhu teaches courses on strategic management and research methods. He received Dean's Award for Research Excellence and Marshall's Golden Apple Teaching Award in 2011.
