Methods for establishing guidelines, utilizing talents, allocating personnel and assigning roles, building trust, and establishing accountability are tools efficient and successful leaders need to incorporate to maintain performance and team morale. Through assessments and in-class exercises, this program will analyze individuals' leadership styles and provide methods for facilitating high performing teams.

Geared toward experienced professionals and those new to management, this course offers an in-depth look at fundamental business tools and exposure to the latest ideas in the Management Development.

Over the course of four intense days, you will examine your personal leadership style as perceived by others around you. Through a combination of experiential activities, presentations, and case studies, you will explore the essence of effective leadership and gain new insights into your capabilities as a leader. This course will introduce you to communication skills and EQ, power and influence, decision making and negotiations as well as ethics in leadership.
