The Executive Leadership Program has been specifically designed to prepare senior executives for the dis-integration and re-integration process that will be part of the Networked Digital Industry for the foreseeable future. The ELP is designed to go beyond strategy in the traditional sense, by helping senior executives envision a desired future state and then "Walk the Cat Backwards" to the present to help determine a course of action that is appropriate given their desired future.
Program attendees will gain the frameworks, insights, and tools necessary to analyze the environment, communicate the changes to their colleagues, and lead their organization through the uncharted waters of a rapidly evolving industry. The intensive, 4-day program includes:

Senior executives who attend the Executive Leadership Program will not only be exposed to a new way of strategic planning for their company; but will, in the process, be given the opportunity to reflect on the desired future state of the NDI and to contemplate their personal contribution to its success.
Program Schedule and Learning Environment
The Executive Leadership Program is an intensive four-day program offered in the fall of every year. Classes meet Sunday through Wednesday, and luncheon and evening speakers are often included in the program. Participants are required to prepare group projects, deliver presentations, and record their experiences and insights in a personal journal/blog.
The Executive Leadership Program is currently held at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, California. This location provides convenient access to LA Live, the Staples Center, and other downtown attractions.
The Executive Leadership Program fee is US $7,400 (US $6,400 for individuals from CTM member companies). The fee includes registration, program materials, and most meals. Lodging and transportation expenses are separate, and are the responsibility of the participant. Register Now
A refund can be given only if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of ELP. Fax, email or written postmarked cancellation must carry a transmittal date at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the ELP session in which the participant is registered. Registrants who cancel their registration less than 30 days prior to any session of ELP are responsible for full registration payment, although appropriate substitutes may be accepted for registrants who are unable to attend.
Enrollment in the Executive Leadership Program is limited in order to provide maximum opportunity for interaction and teamwork. Participants are invited from all key segments of the NDI, in the U.S. and abroad.
