Why did you choose Marshall?

I chose Marshall because of the power of the Trojan network, the ability to take electives in the first year and its prime location.

What surprised you the most about Marshall?

The collaborative nature of the program has been truly amazing. When I was visiting USC Marshall it prided itself in being a collaborative program, but seeing it materialize continues to amaze me. Our classmates spearhead review sessions and study groups. I find myself learning just as much from my peers as I do from my professors.

Favorite USC Marshall Core Class:

Favorite USC Marshall experience:

Orientation week. It was a long draining intense yet fulfilling week. We were able to interact with all our peers and get to know each other outside of academics. We also engaged in personal assessments that are meant to help our personal and professional development.

What you wish you knew before attending business school?

I would have benefitted immensely from gaining more exposure to different industries. I am interested in a variety of fields and trying to balance exploring my interests with academics can prove time consuming.
