The Second Annual USC Marshall Ph.D. Conference in Finance will be held on Friday June 20, 2014 at USC in Los Angeles. The conference is open to all Ph.D. students. We have stopped accepting papers at this point and have emailed an acknowledgment for all submissions. The top six will be invited to present their papers during the conference. If you submitted a paper before April 15th but did not receive an email acknowledgment from a conference organizer, please contact Wayne Chang at immediately.

About The Conference

Our annual USC Marshall Ph.D. Conference in Finance brings together Ph.D. students in Finance from leading business schools. It is a selective, refereed conference of research papers in all areas of Finance.

  • Accepted papers will get feedback from high quality discussants

Last year, we had student presenters from schools including Chicago, Wharton, and Yale. We also had top researchers in their fields as discussants, including Chris Parsons and Larry Harris. Registration and Paper Submission

Attendance is free and all are welcome to attend regardless of whether a paper is submitted. Please register online if you would like to attend so we can plan accordingly and have refreshments for all.
