The program focuses on topics like strategic procurement, outsourcing, logistics and distribution, the role of information technology in managing global supply chains and how these impact the process of developing new products. In addition, we aim to provide the students with a framework that integrates different topics and an understanding of the trade-offs and relationships between these topics.
