Helen Adair

Helen Adair, Viacom Inc.

Helen Adair is Vice President, Learning & Development, for Viacom Inc. Adair has been with Viacom for eight years and in her current role leads a team to provide learning & development, and organizational effectiveness support and programs for employees in Viacom’s West Coast offices which include Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon and Viacom Media Networks such as MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and other brands. Prior to joining Viacom, Adair was Director, Learning & Development at the ABC Television Group, The Walt Disney Company. Dean Carter

Dean Eric Carter, Patagonia, Inc.  

Dean Eric Carter, Vice President HR and Shared Services, leads global HR, Legal, and Finance Shared Services for Patagonia Inc. based in Ventura, California, reporting directly to CEO, Rose Marcario. Prior to Patagonia, Dean led as CHRO for Sears Holdings Corporation and Fossil, Inc. Leading up to his time at Fossil, he served in variety of progressive HR and Management roles for Pier 1 Imports, Pearle Vision and Procter & Gamble. www.patagonia.com


Mark Crowell

Mark Crowell, Cedars-Sinai

Mark Crowell heads up the Organization Development and Learning function at Cedars-Sinai. Previously, he served in the same capacity at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center.  For 30+ years, Crowell's professional career has focused on talent development, process improvement and performance management – for the most part, all within healthcare. Judy Kneisley

Judy Kneisley, Parsons

Judy Kneisley is currently Director, Executive Development at Parsons. Kneisley was formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Woodland Hills, Los Angeles and Pasadena, offices of Lee Hecht Harrison. Donna Winfrey

Donna Winfrey, SoCalGas

Donna Winfrey currently serves as Director, Organizational Effectiveness with SoCalGas, the nation’s largest natural gas distribution utility. Prior to this role she enjoyed a successful career in field and corporate human resource roles with organizations including Aramark Corporation and Harrah’s Entertainment. Winfrey holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, and a BS in Hospitality Administration.
