What surprised you most about Marshall?
My classmates come from extremely diverse backgrounds, with many even coming from outside of business. For instance, I have one classmate who is a former prosecutor, several who are former teachers, and some from the medical field. This diversity of perspectives adds so much value to class discussions, as it forces us to think critically about business problems.
What do you wish you'd known before attending business school?
Business school is an extremely enriching experience, yet we are often quite busy. Unlike a job where you have a standard schedule, we have classes in the morning and then the rest of the day is reserved for club events, recruiting sessions, group projects, social events, and so much more. Your time is spread across many more activities, so time management is absolutely key.
What leadership positions do you hold at Marshall?
