Data Sciences and Operations

Georgios Petropoulos has been selected for a research grant by Marshall iORB for his research proposal entitled “Longitudinal Royalties in Digital Resale Markets.”

Management and Organization

Zachariah Berry had a paper accepted for publication in the journal Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin entitled, “Intergenerational Hypocrisy: When an Organization’s Distant Past Limits its Legitimacy to Practice or Preach in the Present.”

Marketing

Shantanu Dutta had a paper published in the Journal of Corporate Finance entitled, “Do ‘say-on-pay’ votes affect M&A decisions?”

Ike Silver was awarded runner-up for the 2025 Einhorn New Investigator Award at the Society for Judgment and Decision-Making annual conference (SJDM).

Ike Silver received a research grant from USC iORB for his ongoing work, “Harnessing Ingroup Disagreement to Dampen Outgroup Animosity.”

Stephanie Tully had a paper selected as a finalist for the Journal of Consumer Research’s Best Article Award for 2025 entitled, “The Impact of Payment Frequency on Consumer Spending and Subjective Wealth Perceptions.”

Stephanie Tully had a paper published in the Journal of Marketing entitled, “Viewing AI as Magical Sparks Adoption Among Less Tech-savvy Consumers.”
