Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management

Admissions Deadline:

We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2019 admission. Applicants are encouraged to apply early as MS GSCM is a competitive and selective program.

Decisions are released beginning in January 2019 through the online application system. The admissions committee reviews applications and conducts applicant interviews on a rolling basis.

Application deadlines:

  • Round 1: December 31st, 2018
  • Round 2: March 1st, 2019
  • Round 3: April 30th, 2019 (International Students Deadline)
  • Round 4: *Rolling Admissions

*We will continue to accept applications after April 30. Applications received after this date will be considered on a first-come, first-served and space-available basis. If spaces for the program are filled, applicants that are accepted to the program would be deferred to start the following year. For merit-based scholarships, priority consideration is given to students who apply by March 1.  

Mandatory orientation for both on-campus and online students will be held at USC from Sunday, August 4th to Friday, August 9th. On-campus students - please plan to be in Los Angeles by August 1st so you have a few days to get settled.

 

To qualify for admission to the program:

Applicants must have earned the equivalent of a 4-year U.S. bachelor’s degree with a competitive GPA.

Work Experience:

Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of full time work experience for on-campus program applicants. For the online program, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years work experience.

Test Scores:

GMAT or GRE scores are required for the on-campus program. Applicants for the online program are not required to take either exam, but taking one is recommended.

For International students who did not complete a 4-year bachelor’s degree at an American, British, Canadian or Australian college or university, proof of proficiency in English is required for admission. TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores are required for the on-campus program.

GMAT or PTE scores must be issued directly to USC by the GMAT testing service using the Marshall MBA school code - 389-9C-23. Scores must be from tests taken within the last five years.

GRE and TOEFL test scores must be sent by the Educational Testing Service directly to USC school code 4852.

IELTS (optional): Choose USC from the list of institutions.

Can I still apply after the admissions deadline?

In some cases, if you are a resident of the United States, you can still apply if the cohort is not filled yet. However, for international students, we have the April 30th deadline to ensure that your I-20 arrives on time. For more information, please contact us directly at ms.gscm@marshall.usc.edu.
