Performance Management Leadership

This two-day program introduces participants to the rationale and research for changes in performance management and the emerging seven core practices business leaders are taking to create a culture that delivers high-impact performance. You will learn a set of practical, easy-to-master and use tools to maximize engagement, and the daily performance of others.

This program is run in a small classroom setting that gives you frequent one-on-one access to USC Marshall faculty. In a collaborative learning environment, you’ll participate in lively classroom sessions and interactive exercises, case studies designed to help you identify your strengths and tools required to motivate your team to higher levels of performance.
Tim Blakesly, Assistant Dean and Executive Director at USC Marshall School of Business office of Executive Education, has held senior executive leadership roles with P&L responsibility in organizations such as Kinko’s, before turning to the consultant world. Tim has managed and led teams, including at one point oversight of a matrixed and virtual training organization of over 350 training professionals. In his consultant career of over 11 years, Tim was responsible for building and growing a global leadership and management practice area for BTS. Starting domestically, Tim oversaw a global growth strategy. Under his leadership, the practice area experienced consistent year over revenue growth and BTS brand expansion.
