Of the more than 3,500 colleges and universities in North America, only 58 hold membership in the AAU, the Association of American Universities. 28 AAU members are private research universities and just 3 of these are in the Western United States, all in California. Only one (USC) has an undergraduate business school that is located in the heart of Los Angeles, the international business center world-famous for its innovation and growth, and a gateway to the Pacific Rim and Latin America.

At Marshall, you will earn a BS degree in business or accounting. Following a newly revised curriculum, you will have the rare opportunity to also develop a thorough grounding in the liberal arts and sciences. Learn to think critically about complex problems and to communicate verbally and in writing. Gain an understanding of your place in history and an appreciation of the diversity of the human condition.

Marshall Spotlight

Suzy wanted an international experience her freshman year at USC; what she received was four years packed with programs and opportunities that would bring her to Shanghai, Mexico, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, and Singapore. In 2009, she was singled out as a Global Scholar, an honor program recognizing exceptional undergraduates who have shined at home and abroad. Now that she is beginning her career as a finance analyst for The Salter Group, she hopes to one day take her career abroad again.
