What was your previous industry/occupation?
Financial Services
What industry do you plan on entering?
Strategy or Corporate Development
Why did you choose Marshall?
The USC Brand, the strength of the Trojan Network, the tightly knit Marshall Community, the diversity of classmates, the accelerated curriculum, the resources and connections to Downtown Los Angeles, and of course, USC Football!
What surprised you the most about Marshall?
The sincere closeness of the Marshall Community. Between the first-year students, second-year students and Marshall alumni, you're always one conversation, one e-mail or one phone call away from someone who can help you tackle any challenge you may face during your first-year in the program.
Favorite USC Marshall Core Class:
Contemporary Issues in Competitive Strategy.
Favorite USC Marshall experience:
Volunteering opportunities through C4C with the Special Olympics, Junior Achievement and A Better LA. Putting on bowling, soccer, carnivals and other fun events with my classmates is a great way to give back to the kids and a ton of fun.
What you wish you knew before attending business school?
The intensity of Orientation. It's a healthy mix of work and fun right from the start, so make sure you're fully charged and ready to go!
