Why did you choose Marshall?
Having attended USC as an undergrad, I understood the strength and power of the Trojan Network and it was something I definitely wanted to expand. I was also drawn to Marshall's great sense of community and collaboration, as well as its prime location in Los Angeles to pursue a career within the media and entertainment industry.
What surprised you the most about Marshall?
Yes, the first three "mini" terms are intense and fast-paced, but everyone - from your peers to the faculty - is amazingly supportive because they all want you to succeed. Don't worry - you'll make it.
Favorite USC Marshall Core Class:
Contemporary Issues in Competitive Strategy.
Favorite USC Marshall experience:
Orientation! Stepping back onto USC's campus as an MBA student with a new group of people was a great experience. It was incredible how quickly we bonded and became tight-knit as a class before getting thrown into the thick of things.
What you wish you knew before attending business school?
Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. Life in business school is a blur and you never know what that one opportunity might lead to.
