Manager Profiles

Shaun Sakhrani is a senior at USC and will be graduating in May with a B.S. in Business Administration. Concentrating in Financial Analysis and Valuation, he has worked as an analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at American International Group (AIG) and in the Sales Department at Phillip Morris. He also works part time in Brand Management for Miyagi Eyewear, an international high end boutique eyewear company based in Los Angeles. Shaun is involved with the Marshall Case Team which competes internationally against some of the most prestigious universities from around the world. His team won first place at the Asian Business Case Competition held in Singapore in 2008. Shaun is an active member in the Sigma Nu Fraternity and is also involved with the USC Bhangra Dance Team which performs at national competitions.

His interests include following professional basketball, finding the best milkshakes in LA, and watching "House MD."

David Krevitt is a senior at USC and will be graduating in May 2010 with a B.S. in Finance.  He currently works in the capital markets group of PennyMac, a distressed investment firm formed in 2007 by BlackRock and Highfields Capital Management to address dislocation in the mortgage markets.  At PennyMac, he is responsible for refining mortgage portfolio valuation methods and adjusting the valuation model based upon macroeconomic trends.  In the past, he has interned at Sterling Partners, a private equity firm based in his hometown of Chicago.

David is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and has served on its executive board.  He enjoys basketball, baseball, tennis and golf, and devotes much of his free time to reading on a wide variety of subjects.


Xiaolin Gong is senior majoring in Finance and Psychology at the University of Southern California. Currently, she is Vice President of the Trojan Consulting Group, a pro-bono consulting organization for NGOs, and is the President of the Marshall Case Team. Over the past few summers, she has interned at China Capital Management Company, Seagate Technology, and JP Morgan. She plans to become an investment banker after graduation. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and oil painting.


Jenna Langel is currently a senior in the Marshall School of Business with a major in Business Administration and emphasizes in Entrepreneurship and Finance. She has an expected graduation date of May 2010. She was born and raised in New York City and plans on returning to New York to peruse a career in the future. Two summers ago Jenna interned in Private Banking at Credit Suisse and last summer she continued her finance internships at Deutsche Bank within Global Markets.


Calvin Ma is expecting to graduate in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Investments & Financial Markets concentration) and a minor in Economics. He has interned at Hong Kong-based fund manager Value Partners, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Hong Kong-based financial boutique Platinum. Calvin enjoys playing guitar and reading in his spare time.


Stephanie Scott is senior in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Stephanie is interning with Amgen Inc's Treasury group, and was previously in financial planning and analysis for research and development. On campus, Stephanie is the Debate Captain for the Trojan Debate Squad at USC and is a two-time California State Champion. She is the Director of Education in Los Angeles Community Impact, a consulting group in the non-profit and small business sector through the Marshall School of Business. Stephanie is covering healthcare and industrials.
In her spare time, she likes bowling and trying new food.


Linnette Lam is a senior at USC and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance. In the summer of 2009 she will work as an intern in Corporate Finance and Internal Audit at Verizon. Her past experience includes strategy consulting for the Department of Defense and banking.
Linnette is a Trustee Scholar and has been active on the USC Marathon Team, USC Womens Lacrosse Team, Marshall Finance Association, Marshall Global Leadership Program, and Marshall Student Ambassadors during her time at USC. She served as President of Sigma Phi Omega sorority in 2008-2009 and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Golden Key, and Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Societies.

After graduation in May 2010, Linnette plans to pursue a career in strategy consulting or investment banking, and to eventually start her own fitness company. In her spare time she enjoys playing sports.


Putchong Dispanurat is a junior double majoring in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis  Investments and Financial Markets and minoring in Jazz Studies. He is a member of the USC Varsity Track and Field team and competes in the 110m and 400m hurdles. During the school year, he works at Casden Real Estate Economics Forecast as a data analyst, where he is responsible for researching and updating new data on industrial and multifamily real esate in Southern California. Putchong is also a member of various Marshall organizations, such as the Asian American Business Association and Trojan Investing Society.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching basketball and . After graduation, Putchong plans to pursue a career in investment management.


Daniel Lin is a senior majoring in Economics and is currently pursuing a progressive degree in Economics. He is expecting to graduate with a M.A. in Economics by May 2011. In 2007, Daniel interned for the Development Bank of Singapore in Hong Kong where he conducted business valuations for their Corporate & Investment Banking division. Last summer, he worked with Merrill Lynch as a Global Investment Banking Intern. After graduation, Daniel plans to pursue a career in investment management.

In his spare time, he plays football, watches football, plays football video games, and reads football. Other sports he enjoys include snowboarding, ping pong, and occasionally basketball. Daniel also likes to travel once in a while.


Vincent Tibone is a junior in the Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Investments and Financial Markets. He spent last summer as a Business Management Intern at Northrop Grumman Space Technology in Redondo Beach. During the school year he is involved in several on-campus organizations. He is currently the Vice President of Finance for the Sigma Nu fraternity and on the executive board for the USC Sports Business Association as the Director of Membership. During my free time, I enjoy beach volleyball, golf, snowboarding, and watching Los Angeles’ sports teams. After graduation, I would like to pursue a career in corporate finance.


Jonathan Veiga is a junior in the Marshall School and will be graduating in the spring of 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration concentrating in Investments and Financial Markets. He is an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and currently lives in the house. He spent this school year interning at Lombardia Capital Partners, a $1 billion investment management firm, as a Research Intern. Jonathan hopes to continue working there over the summer. He enjoys photography and spending time at the beach as well as playing baseball, tennis, and golf.


Cameron Hui is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Investments and Financial Markets. He also has a minor in Biotechnology. He was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Over the summer, he interned at Bank of America in Dublin, Ireland in their Treasury Outsource department, where he managed accounts for multi-national American companies. Currently Cameron is conducting research with Professor Sandy Green Jr., analyzing the viability of using media coverage as a strong metric for equity valuations. For the past year, he has also been participating as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for MATH 218, a Sophomore Business Statistics Course. He is also involved as an analyst with the Trojan Investing Society. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports (especially tennis and basketball), listening to music, and playing poker.


Chris Copping is a junior from Southern California studying finance and real estate development.  He intends to graduate from the Marshall School of Business in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  Chris currently works as a tutor in the Finance Learning Center as well as a portfolio manager in the Undergraduate Student Investment Fund.  He is the current President of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity and an executive board member of the Order of Omega Leadership and Honors Society.  This summer Chris will be working as an Associate Consultant Intern for Bain & Company, and in his free time he enjoys going to the beach, surfing, the Dodgers, and playing piano.


Alex Crane is a senior majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is an active leader in the Greek community serving as the house manager of his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and the Vice President of Finance for the Interfraternity Council. He has worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter intern at General Re, and in financial services at his father's firm, Crane & Associates. He enjoys helping others with his role as a finance tutor at the Financial Learning Center on campus. As a fitness enthusiast, he has worked as a personal trainer and played on the USC Men's Rugby team. In his spare time, Alex enjoys reading, playing sports, talking with people, surfing and anything USC.


Jason Priceis a rising Senior and Presidential Scholar in USC's Marshall School of Business, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Investments and Financial Markets concentration. During this summer, Jason is interning at J.P. Morgan in New York City, specifically in the Prime Brokerage division of the Equities department. Before his junior year, Jason studied economics and political science at American University in Washington D.C., while interning as a financial advisor at the Washington Area Community Investment Fund. While completing research for the past two years on financial markets, rhetorical finance, valuation techniques, and speculative bubbles, he has developed aspirations to work in the financial services industry before eventually earning his MBA and running his own company in the fields of finance and asset management. When Jason is not studying or planning for his future he achieves success as one of the captains of USC's Varsity Track and Field team, and just recently earned 2009 All-American Honors in the 4x400 meter relay.


Stephen Scott Brown is a senior expecting to graduate in May 2010 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in investments and financial markets. Over the past 7 years he has gained extensive experience in real estate investments and private equity. He began as a real estate salesperson in 2002, specializing in real estate investments, a consistent top producer with over $200 million in sales. At the age of 19 he began investing in real estate and began buying residential and commercial properties. This eventually led him to real estate development where he found his niche in the real estate field. In doing so, he created multiple investment companies and raised millions of private capital to fund his real estate and investment ventures. He currently owns and manages a diversified investment company focused on real estate investments and private equity.

In his spare time he enjoys golfing, working out, snowboarding, watching movies, reading, and photography. Upon graduation he plans to further his career in investment management.


Won Kun Lee is a senior double-majoring in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Valuation and Investments. During the summer of 2008, Won Kun interned at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management where he was responsible for selecting and analyzing a portfolio of funds for The Art Group, with over $800 million in assets. During the summer of 2009, Won Kun interned at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their financial services group on state and local tax issues. On campus, Won Kun is involved with various Marshall Organizations such as Global Business Leaders, currently serving as President, and Marshall Student Ambassadors, currently on the board of directors.

 

In his spare time, Won Kun enjoys playing and watching college football, basketball, tennis, and racquetball. Upon graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in investment banking or corporate accounting and later attend graduate school
