Overview

Zekiye Selvili's research interests include corporate governance, payout policies, and resource allocation. She has published in the International Review of Economics and Finance and International Real Estate Review. She has received numerous teaching awards including the Texas Excellence Teaching Award (2000-2001), the Fred Moore Award for Teaching Excellence at UT Austin (2000-2001), and the Outstanding Faculty Award at CSU-Fullerton (2005-2006). Professor Selvili received the Faculty Student Service Award at CSU-Fullerton in 2005. Before her academic career began, Professor Selvili worked as an investment banker for Kocbank and Korfezbank in Istanbul, Turkey.
