Yanwei (Wayne) Zhang is a Ph.D. student in quantitative marketing. He is interested in using statistical methods to gain insights about customer behaviors in various business markets, and his research interests currently include dynamic pricing and retention. Prior to the Ph.D. Program, he worked in the insurance industry for three years where he actively involved in actuarial research and insurance predictive modeling.
