Trudi Ferguson is a native of Los Angeles. She attended UC Berkeley, received a Masters in Dance from Cal State Long Beach, and a Ph.D from UCLA in Organizational Behavior/Adult Education. She has consulted widely with large and small organizations in many areas of organizational development including strategic planning, team building, executive coaching, diversity, and woman's issues. She serves on the Board of L.A. best and Ready Set Read. She is the mother of two.
