Join Dean Geoffrey Garrett for an evening behind the Business of Sustainability.
Sustainability is arguably the greatest challenge facing humanity today. All business stakeholders -- employees and customers as well as shareholders, not-for-profit watchdogs as well as governments – are holding leaders ever more accountable for their organization’s impact on the climate, the environment and humanity. Instead of being seen as part of the problem, USC Marshall strives to be part of the solution.
At Marshall, our students are more mission-driven and purpose-oriented than ever before, our faculty are increasingly focusing their teaching and research efforts on sustainability, from social entrepreneurship to ethical leadership, from the transition to renewable energy to ESG accounting, and our alumni are making waves in their own businesses to be problem solvers of this great challenge.
Join the Dean and a panel of changemakers from the school, learn about upcoming initiatives from students and faculty, how alumni are building businesses focusing on sustainability, and learn how you can take action to support one of the greatest challenges facing our planet.
The Dean’s Panel:
