Overview

Tatiana Sandino's research focuses on management control systems, particularly external controls related to executive compensation, and internal controls for managing chain organizations. She has published in several journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, and Journal of Accounting Research, and received various awards, including the 2011 Emerging Scholar Competitive Manuscript Award from the Institute of Management Accountants, the 2010 Deans Award for Research Excellence from the Marshall School of Business, and the 2005 Management Accounting Section Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the American Accounting Association. Prior to her doctorate, she was a researcher at INCAE Business School.
