RS Hubbard teaches various courses in Management Communication, works with several faculty committees, advises student organisations, and conducts research to enhance the educational experience of students. Prior to joining USC, he taught Business Communication and Strategic Marketing at UCLA, administered professional development programs in Eastern Europe for the U.S. Department of State, and was a professor in the MBA programme at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His publications include Using Web-Conferencing Technology to Enhance Business Simulations, Effective Teaching Methodologies for Technical and Business Education, and The Importance of Process Skills in Technology and Business.
