Peter Carnevale is an expert on negotiation, mediation, group problem solving, and creativity. His work is published in leading psychology and management journals including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Psychological Science, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Journal of Applied Psychology, and he has served on numerous journal editorial boards. His book with Carsten de Dreu, Methods of Negotiation Research received an outstanding book award from the International Association for Conflict Management. He was elected a Division Chair of the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management, as well as President of IACM.
