Nandini Rajagopalan's research has examined CEO succession and strategic change, corporate governance in emerging economies, corporate boards, and corporate diversification and innovation. Her research has appeared in Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, and Strategic Management Journal. She was associate editor of Academy of Management Journal during 2004-2007, and currently serves on the editorial board of Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal. Professor Rajagopalan is a Distinguished Faculty Fellow at USC's Center for Excellence in Teaching and has received several teaching awards, including the Golden Apple. She serves as Director of Research for the Greif Center.
