Masahiro Taniguchi is interested in researching how differing quantities and qualities of accounting information affects pricing decisions of buyers in mergers and acquisitions. Before returning to school, he had professional experience as an advisor at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Service in Japan and as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers New York office.
