Lori Santikian is an economist whose research is in the area of empirical corporate finance and financial intermediation, with a primary focus on banking. Her recent work examines the determinants of bank relationship strength for small firms in the United States. Professor Santikian's dissertation, "The Ties That Bind: Bank Relationships and Small Business Lending," was awarded the 2009 Kauffman Foundation Dissertation Fellowship.
