Karen is a Ph.D. candidate in accounting. Her interests include research related to financial accounting and auditing. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance practice and specialized in serving clients in the construction contracting and consumer products industries. She later joined the Transaction Services practice and specialized in buy-side financial due diligence.
Karen is an active Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She is a member of the American Accounting Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of CPAs, and American Woman?s Society of Certified Public Accountants (AWSCPA).
