Overview

Lily Chen is is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems. Her industry experience includes technical web design, project management of interactive games, and full production of over 100 online communities for Fortune 1000 companies such as RIM, P&G, and Kelloggs for MySpace.com. She is the first doctoral student at Marshall to receive the Provost Fellowship. Building on her industry experience, Lily Chen's research interests include innovation, influence, and motivation in online realms such as online communities.
