Eunice Y. Rhee is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management and Organization (Area: Strategy and Entrepreneurship). In her research, Eunice seeks to understand how firms can strategically manage the perceptions regarding their actions ("what we do") and identity ("who we are") to influence external audiences? interpretation and create value. Eunice's dissertation has been awarded the NASDAQ Ph.D. Dissertation Fellowship and the Strategy Research Foundation Dissertation Grant.
