Overview

Donna Miles is an expert in relationship management, strategic communication, public speaking, negotiation and persuasion, team and leadership development, emotional intelligence, and career management. She has designed and conducted management development workshops for over 25 years, and is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator seminar leader. Professor Miles is a recent recipient of the Golden Apple Award. She consults with Fortune 500 companies and international consulting firms. She has been named Professor of the Year by two of USC's Greek Honor Societies. Professor Miles serves as faculty advisor to Marshall's International Strategic Case Competition Team and is also the faculty advisor for Lambda Chi Alpha, the largest Greek fraternity at USC.
