Chao Zhuang is a Ph.D. candidate in finance and business economics. His current research focuses on corporate finance issues, including share repurchases and market timing, the effect of management buyouts on shareholder wealth, capital structure, and corporate governance. He also is interested in research design that leads to clear identification in corporate finance research.
