Adam is a Ph.D. candidate studying Organizational Behavior at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. His professional experience includes several years as management and technology consultant in both the United States and Europe. As a consultant, Adam held positions at Visa U.S.A., Sybase, Inc., Federal Express Corporation, and American Management Systems, Inc. His research focuses primarily on negotiation topics, specifically involving the role of emotions, interpersonal dynamics, and interpersonal perception in value creation and value claiming. Adam served as Program Chair of the New Doctoral Student Consortium at the Academy of Management Conference, Montreal, 2010. In addition, he is a member of the Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, and Psi Chi.
