SBI LeadershipDavid M. Carter is the Executive Director of the University of Southern California's Sports Business Institute and is an associate professor of sports business at USC's Marshall School of Business.
Additionally, he founded the Sports Business Group in 1999 following more than ten years of consulting for the sports and entertainment industries. As a sports business consultant specializing in strategic marketing, Mr. Carter has consulted for corporations, sports organizations, sports and entertainment venues, law firms, municipalities, and individual athletes.
Further, Mr. Carter regularly provides sports-business commentary to national media concerns.
He has also authored four books about the sports business industry. These books include:

Courtney M. Brunious is the Associate Director of the University of Southern California's Sports Business Institute.
He has been working with the Sports Business Institute in varied capacities since 2008. Throughout this time he has assisted with the research, writing, and positioning of Money Games: Profiting from the Convergence of Sports and Entertainment along with helping the SBI successfully deliver upon its initiatives and strategic direction.
Mr. Brunious is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he obtained his Bachelor's degree along with the University of Southern California where he obtained both a Juris Doctor degree and a Masters in Business Administration. [Courtney.Brunious@marshall.usc.edu]
Michael D. Colangelo is the Assistant Director of Projects for University of Southern California's Sports Business Institute.
He joined the Sports Business Institute in 2013, and currently manages the consulting projects between the SBI and its partners. Michael also worked on multiple Sports Business Institute initiatives while he was enrolled at USC's Marshall School of Business.
Mr. Colangelo received his Bachelor's degree from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester Massachusetts, and his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Southern California. [email@example.com]
