Greif New Venture Seed Competition

Annual venture competition hosted by Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurship Studies. Teams of USC entrepreneurs present to established entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capitalists. $50,000 in prize money.

Maseeh Entrepreneurship Prize Competition

Annual business plan competition open to Viterbi students and faculty. This competition intends to bridge the initial seeding deficiency hindering teams from translating ideas into products by offering a $50,000 grand prize.

Y-Prize: New Media Business Plan Challenge

Annual venture competition open to students of USC Marshall, USC Annenberg, USC Viterbi, and USC School of Cinema. Y-Prize Business Plan Challenge aims to provide a learning experience for students as well as initial $50,000 payment for the funding of the plan for the selected team.

Silicon Beach Awards

Annual venture competition for new ventures focused on technology or entertainment. Entering teams must have at least one current USC student (graduate or undergraduate) or at least one USC alumni less than 10 years from graduation. Significant cash prizes totaling over $50,000 will be awarded to the top teams.

Stevens Innovators Showcase

Annual innovation competition open to USC graduate and undergraduate students from all disciplines. Team must be led by current USC student. Students may present work in a variety of ways. All participants are required to create a poster to present at the showcase. Prizes totaling $12,000.
