Wesley Barrow
Tax PrincipalCompany:Rothstein Kass’ Financial Services GroupWesley Barrow is a tax principal in Rothstein Kass’ Financial Services Group.
He is located in the Firm’s Beverly Hills office. Wes provides ongoing tax advice on operational matters throughout business and economic cycles, and he has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, including 26 years with Arthur Andersen. His experience encompasses a wide range of tax accounting, tax planning and compliance issues, including preparing tax provision calculations and FIN 48 analyses, reviews of tax provisions and state tax planning alternatives, and structuring acquisitions and dispositions of businesses from a tax perspective. Additionally, Wes has extensive experience in industries including technology, manufacturing and real estate.
Wes lectures on tax-related issues, which includes presenting at the annual University of Southern California Tax Institute, and teaches tax courses. He has also written articles on tax matters for various business journals.
Wes graduated from the University of Southern California with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
