Shawn Hagel joined Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in December 1995, as manager of financial reporting. In 1997, she was named corporate controller and an officer of the Company and in 2000, she was named a vice president. In August 2008, she was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining PCC, Shawn worked for Deloitte and Touche in Los Angeles, California, focusing on Office of the Chairman clients and was member of the firm’s Aerospace and Defense national practice.

Ms. Hagel received a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1988.

She and her husband Michael (also a USC graduate) live in Tigard, Oregon, with their two daughters Michaela and Alexa.
